Baked Cocoa Ricotta Dessert 1 cup low-fat or part-skim ricotta cheese 2 to 3 teaspoons baking cocoa powder 1 tablespoon water 2 to 3 packages of sugar substitute (or to taste) Place water and cocoa in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave until cocoa melts. Add ricotta cheese and sugar substitute. Mix and microwave until slightly warm. Two servings.
