Baked Goat Cheese and Ricotta Custard 1/2 c. ricotta 1-1/2 T. parmesean 1 T basil, 3 oz. goat cheese 1-1/2 T. chopped walnuts 1 egg Combine all ingredients and split into 2 ramekins that have been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 5 min and invert onto plate and serve.
