This seventy-three page study commissioned by the Wyomissing Foundation, Inc. provides a comprehensive analysis of the status and needs of the Latino Community in Reading/Berks. 
It also includes a chronological history of the emergence of the Latino community 
and the origins of Hispanic Center and its root organizations.
