The Hispanic Center of Reading and Berks works to create a community that respects and celebrates the dignity and diversity of all individuals and promotes their self-sufficiency and empowerment. It enhances the quality of life of others by:

• Serving as a center for a variety of resources.

• Offering an environment for social networking and cultural exchange.

• Promoting positive change and social justice for Latinos.

• Developing an understanding and awareness about the strengths and needs of the Latino community.
