BALLISTIC FANTASY FOOTBALL
OFFICIAL League Rules
The League
The
League will consist of 2 divisions of 5 teams each, a Catapult and Initiator
Division.
The Draft
The
draft will be held by message board, chat room, or live(TBD). The draft
order was determined by a random method. There will be a time limit
for each pick, TBD. If an owner misses his time window, the draft will
proceed with that owner being skipped. This owner will be able to make
up his pick as soon as he returns, regardless of which pick is on the clock.
The draft will be 12 rounds and the order will be serpentine. Once the
draft is complete, free agent pickups before week 1 will be allowed per
the free agent rules (see transaction deadlines).
The Season
The
regular season will run from week 1 to week 14 of the AFL regular season.
Each team will play each team in their own division two times (8 games),
and then one game against the 5 teams in the other division (5 games),
and 1 bye week (week 8 for all teams). The playoffs will begin with 4 teams,
the 2 division winners and 2 wildcards, seeded #1 thru #4. The division
winners are automatically seeded #1 and #2. The wildcards are the teams
with the next best records. The highest remaining seed always hosts the
lowest remaining seed.
2004
Week 1 begins Thursday, Feb 5.
2004 Week 15 (BFFL semi-finals)
2004 Week 16 (BFFL championship, known as the ESFL.COM
BOWL)
