This is Ann's Condominium in Cape Canaveral Florida.

It is a very nice, fully furnished condominium located in Cape Canaveral.

It is very bright, open and airy. There are 2  bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a screened in porch off each bedroom.

Small, cozy kitchen, living room and dining room.  Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee pot, dishes,

pots and pans, etc. Also  has  stackable washing machine and dryer.

Complex has 3 large swimming pools, one heaeted year round, one large pool for relaxing,etc., and one is a pool for swimming laps.

The complex also has a racquetball court, tennis court, and a private entrance to the beach. 

Furthermore the complex  has a beachside club house with exercise room, large bathrooms with showers and an upstairs sun deck.

Secure gated community with 24 hour guard.  Family friendly. 

Enjoy lounging around a pool or the beautiful breezy beach, or take a brisk walk or enjoy surfing or fishing.

Kennedy Space Center.  Close to shopping and restaurants.  Cocoa Beach Pier and World Famous Ron Jon surf shop moments away.
