Association for Abortion Candidate Education
The Association for Abortion Candidate Education was established in Summer 2003. The group was founded by unique students as a law advocacy project for the Leadership in Law course affiliated with Columbia University. The group consisting of 8 high school students was established on the basis of a corollation between pro-life and pro-choice believers. Our goal is to lobby for a legislation in which more education is provided to abortion candidates during their visits to a health clinic prior to the procedure. We hope to continue with this project with the help of Senate supporters and other political figures.
