The DA didn't get cited. That pisses people off.

Alright, our DA (district attourney, for all you dumbasses) got pulled over for speeding. The registration on his car was out of date. And he didn't get cited. What a jackass. I guarantee you that if I got pulled over for speeding with a car three years out of date, my car would be impounded and I'd get a hulluva big fine. DA didn't get cited..balls..
