OVERVIEW

I have sent emails inviting 5,000 subjects to participate in this experiment. I hope to collect data on all the people involved. The selection is random, as not to skew the results based on class/ethnicity/age. The goal is to take a snapshot of modern relationship interaction, human compatabilty and sexual behavior in the United States. I will separate the data into groups and form theorys based on the forms. I can reveal more once the survey is completed if you email me. There are three basic sections... "Relationships," "Compatability," and "Sexuality." Please do not take offense to the questions asked, though they may be quite personal. I assure you no information will be used other than in my thesis project

As to facilitate all parties your significant other will be referred to as your "partner" in this survey. This does not imply homosexuality. On the yes or no questions you may simply type "y" or "n." Some questions will call for a short answer. Other questions will ask you to rate something on a scale of 1-10Please answer all the questions if possible. Also answer each question truthfully, as to reap the most accurate results. If some questions do not apply type "na." Please base this on only your current relationship (if you are in one). This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes!
