If I knew this would be a problem I would have poured the actual liquid in a container and measured it. I do not have another Sample as I just swapped that for a mascara gwp. I'm sorry if you feel discouraged but my end was described correctly. 3-4 inches means between 3 to 4 inches, once it hits that 3 inch mark it can extend to the 4 inch mark, as I said I was eyeballing it when i put it under the description. If your going to take the top as an 'extra' measurement that is just like saying the 'top/wand' of a mascara doesn't count. I said the sample is 3-4 inches, not liquid. You should have asked for pictures, dimensions, etc if my description was not clear to as I would have given you all of the above. By the way, I am not sure how you measured the bottle, but the bottle itself (including the top if you want to get technical) is a bit over three inches, not almost. I have had another person measure the bottle as well. I would like to leave this swap on a good note, so if you have any other suggestions as to how to clear this up feel free to include in your next email. Also, I do not understand your point in saying your end was more expensive, as in your swap request you put "i'm willing to swap for several of my items". Now, If I did infact give you the 2 ounce bottle and you swapped that for say, two of your sets (as you would say, 'several of my items').
