How would you like to read more about your favourite bands?
I've got more than 12,000 magazine and newspaper clippings about hundreds of rock and metal performers. I've been collecting anything and everything since the early 70's, from a variety of publications. Items include magazine articles and pix (all current ones, as well as Kerrang, Metal Hammer, etc.), newspaper clips from all over, and other odds and ends like the now defunct Metallion, Rock Scene, and RIP.
We don't identify which clip is from what issue, etc. With over 8,000 metal/hard rock clips (not counting the thousands of KISS clips), it's a big job to keep track of what.
These clips are for sale. To keep costs down, we are offering the clips on disk / cd rom instead of photocopies. The originals are scanned in as jpgs.
We have a large set of clips on a group of bands: AC/DC (91), Aerosmith (114), Alice Cooper (102), Black Sabbath (70), Bon Jovi (174), Cinderella (89), Deep Purple (85), Def Leppard (137), Dio (78), Dokken (108), Lita Ford (69), Guns N' Roses (192), Iron Maiden (202), Judas Priest w/Rob Halford (168), Led Zeppelin w/solo (147), Metallica (154), Motley Crue (346), Ozzy (281), Poison (145), Queensryche(86), Ratt w/solo (65), Rainbow (26), David Lee Roth (217), Rush (107), Scorpions (108), Skid Row/Sebastian (139), Tesla (22), Twisted Sister (71), UFO/MSG (16/45), Van Halen (278), Warrant (61), WASP (57), & Whitesnake (125).
I am a mega KISS fan and have been from the very first record so there is a massive collection on them, beginning with a mini article from Circus - 1974. Altogether there is over 1,600 clips on KISS.
All clips are at least one page long. Most are two or three pages and usually include at least one picture. Some clips are four or five pages long.
Just send us the list of bands/musicians you're interested in, and we'll send the number of clips per each and costs. The list will be in rtf format. If you prefer doc or wpd, just let me know.
We also have a huge set of Rock, Pop, Dance, Country, etc. clips. If you have any interest in that area, submit your request and we'll give you an idea of what we have.
