P is for Petichah - Opening. We are constantly seeking to find openings in our lives to grow in simcha, grow in our awareness of our Yedid's presence and show our love through Mitzvot. This means being open in our dealings with others, being open minded in our thinking and being open to learning more.

For this reason, Ohabei Chayyim are not limited by affiliation with any party or sect or single community in Judaism - we learn from everyone and acquire the tools and teachings from all as best fit us individually and communally! This Opening is a constant challenge for every Ohabei Chayyim but leads to a continuous deepening love of life.
