L is for Limud - Learning. Learning is another term for Living Life Large. Learning is a gift of our Yedid - having the capacity to look with new eyes on "familiar" things and see more clearly and deeply the beauty we may have missed before, and its Source. Learning is both an individual discipline but also a community act of faith and love. Learning is the work of a lifetime - we are not free from it, and we can never complete it, but we stand on the shoulders of those who have come before us, and will be supports for those who come after - learning is our path to Immortality!
