Matt Sharp, probably still best known for his days in weezer or as the frontman of The Rentals, is steadily making another name for himself as a solo artist (well, pretty 'solo') playing 'ambient' music. Lovely stuff. Less obvious, and sometimes overlooked, are Matt's natural comedic talents. Be it story telling, wise-cracking or just goofing around, Matt's live shows are almost as much about his entertaining interaction with the audience as they are about his songs. While the music may still not be getting the kind of recognition it deserves, it is at least getting some recognition. The oxygen to his hydrogen 2, if you will, the waffle between songs, is now gonna get a bit of the action with the Matt Sharp Transcribe Team! Screw the music! We want banter!

Hopefully when things are fully up and running we will have fan input with quotes n' stuff from shows they've seen, aswell as articles, transcribes of bootlegs & other bits and pieces. Safe
