I have been large all my life but as of late I have reached my largest. My work load has changed through the years not getting the same exercise at work that I used to. And while the work got easier I never changed my eating habits so I got this big. I have been worried about my health due to getting so big So I decided to do something about it.
To reach the 200 lbs mark in one and a half years
I m on a low carb diet "30 grams per day or less" high protein diet even though
I don't look at this as a diet I see at changing bad life style habits. I m following the
Adkins diet I've read its important to follow a program. I will post pics monthly so be Picture taken 06/15/2003
