Master Vile's field general, Professor Longnose was summoned by Vile from the Dark Star Galaxy to lead his final invasion of Earth. Sending Vile's monsters into battle against the Aquitian Rangers, Longnose eventually tired of the fight and commanded for his army to grow. Once giant-sized, he fought the Battle Borgs and found himself overwhelmed by the humanoid machines. When the Shogun MegaZord was formed, Longnose charged the mighty Zord, only to be destroyed by the Fire Saber.
