Goatan, also known as the Storm Bringer, was a powerful chimera (a mythical lion, goat, dragon hybrid) monster created by Rita. Summoned by using the Noble Lion Triophy won by the Rangers, Goatan was a powerful threat, able to summon blizzards, tornados, and even hurricanes at will. When challenged by four of the Power Rangers, Goatan easily overpowered them, beating them soundly before enveloping them in an energy cyclone. When Zack arrived, he assaulted Goatan with his Power Axe, stunning the chimera and causing Rita to make him grow. Generating a snowstorm during his fight against the Zords, Goatan encased the MegaZord in a thick sheet of ice, but before he could cause any damage, the Zord broke free, then destroyed Goatan with the fully-energized Power Sword.
