Created by Lord Zedd, Flame Head was sent to burn Angel Grove to the ground. Riding upon a white horse, Flame Head began setting fire to various things in Angel Grove Park when she eventually came across Tommy, Rocky, and Adam. Tommy managed to kick Flame Head off her horse, but otherwise the three Rangers were overpowered by the fire monster. When faced with all the Rangers, Flame Head spat her flames at them, but they somehow generated an energy barrier that reflected Flame Head's blast right back at her. Upon growing, she lost her hood - revealing her hellish face - and was dazed by the Thunder MegaZord's smoke attack. As she charged the Zord, it brought its Thunder Saber to full power, and destroyed her.
