Grandpa is a kind person who tries to teach people about the heart of the cards, but he does it in all of the wrong ways. He tried to teach this to Kaiba in a duel, but Kaiba won by power, not heart of the cards. Kaiba riped up Grandpa's Blue Eyes White Dragon and put Grandpa in shock. His Blue Eyes White Dragon was given to him by Author Sullivan, I think that is how you spell it, a very good friend that was with him in a very tragic event (If you want to find out about that event e-mail me.) Yugi gets Grandpa's deck and beats Kaiba in a duel, Grandpa recovers from shock and Yugi keeps his deck.
