Hey all, this is your newest, freshest, and possibly youngest movie critic (or at least getting there) since...hmm… who is a young critic? anyway I’m trying to make it into the biz, and we all have to start somewhere, right? So I put up this angel fire page, it’s free, cheap, and dirty. Seriously though, let’s all thank people like angel fire, all they do is give and don‘t get, like Santa Clause. This site, if I ever get big enough, may change over the next couple of months to an actual URL thing, (hopefully it won’t always be https://www.angelfire.com/alt/groviemovie) if I do I’ll keep you posted. It may take a few months though, but one day it will be as cool as Ebert’s, trust me. Movie Scoring I use a scale of 1-10, any number, be it 5 or 8.6746593039485 (although don’t expect the latter kind of score much). Oh, and I’ll use some nifty faces with smiles and frowns, just for the kids, ’cause I’m nice like that. My reviews are not going to be very long, I always felt that a review should be short and shouldn’t reveal much (unless the movie is really bad or good, because I could be talking about how bad/good it is for a long time). Don’t worry, it won’t look like this Old school - poopy 1.5 out of 10 But it just probably won’t be what you’re used to. Each person will have a bio, so you can match up with the reviewer you like best. If your favorite movie is, say, Blue Velvet and the reviewer X says that’s his, you could trust him more than one that likes Spiderman. Spread the word, please Oh, and two final notes… *I plan to add more features, like movie previews, news, gossip etc., this isn’t it. Just for now though, but you can expect greatness soon. *the site is NOT pronounced GROVEY, it’s groovy, just spelled like movie, get it, get it. Pretty nifty, eh?
