HINTS FOR MSN-WEBTV USERS 001 INDEX

CLEANING YOUR KEYBOARD
The best way to clean your keyboard is to wipe it down with a damp washcloth. However, if you suspect your problem is deeper than that — underneath your keys — you may be tempted to take more drastic measures. You can find various sites on the Internet that offer suggestions on how to clean your keyboard. Keep in mind though, that these sites are not affiliated with MSN TV and the methods are not recommended by MSN TV, so if you choose to try them, you do so at your own risk

FORWARDING AN E-MAIL
If you receive an e-mail that you want to share with somebody, just choose Forward from the left-hand side of your screen after you've read the message. After the word To:, type the e-mail address of the person you'd like to forward the message to. Next, type your message and then choose Send

THE ADDRESS BOOK

SENDING AN E-MAIL MESSAGE TO MORE THAN ONE PERSON
There are three ways you can send a single e-mail to several people at the same time. On the To: line of your message, type each e-mail address you'd like to send the message to, using a comma and a space between addresses like this: rover@msn.com, bowser@webtv.net To use your Address book, choose the word To: at the top of the message you're writing, choose each address you want to send the message to, and then choose Continue. Each address you've chosen will appear on the To: line. You can also carbon copy or cc: people on an e-mail message, just as you might send a carbon copy of a letter. To set up the carbon copy option in Mail, follow these steps: Choose Settings from your Mail list. Choose Extras. Choose the box next to Add a cc:, and then choose Done The next time you write a message, you'll see a cc: line under the To: line.
