- have all excess paint removed:

- eletrical fixtures, outlet covers and switch
plates

- Additionally, the
followin should be completed:

- sweep, scrape and hose the garbage floor
- clean, wash and buff all tile surfaces,
removing
- any excess grout.
- remove all dust and dirt from baseboards
- remove all dust and dirt from door and window
- casings
- Wash, clean and buff all window glass
- wash, clean and buff all mirrors
- remove all packaging tape from appliances
- wash, clean and buff all plumbing fixtures
and
- hardware
- vaccum all carpeting
- clean all plant shelves
- wash and clean all skylights
- run and test the dishwasher
- open all pocket door and wash them down.
