Character Relations

These two would have to be my most favorite pairing on the show. From watching Cowboy Bebop you can tell that Spike and Faye try to tolerate each other because they really have to considering that they share the same ship. Although there constantly bickering and stealing each others bounty heads, these two really do sometimes tend to tilt on the verge of friendship. When they have to, the two will share the same bounty and work together to pull he or she in. They still bicker but usually get the job done. In Ballad of Fallen Angels Spike tells Faye that he wasn't going there to save her so not to take it personal. I think that Spike isn't all that clueless(although he all know that he can be at times) and he could tell that Faye started to like him more towards the end. Although he said he wasn't going there to save her, he still kind of did. If it wasn't for Spike then the guard might have shot Faye and at the end Spike might not have gotten back to the bebop if it wasnt for Faye... oh you know it was her who took him back... if it wasn't for Faye then Jett wouldn't have known and then Jett wouldn't have known where to pick up Spike. Faye even set by his bed after he was so badly wounded.. Is that love or what?

If anyone says that Faye and Jet secretly have a thing for each other then all I have to really comment on is how? Personally, I think that Jet looks to Faye as a daughter more than a romantic interest. Although Jet says at the beginning he doesn't really care what happens to her but you can start to tell more towards the end that he was starting to care a little. When she took off with the money and went to Callisto, he tracked her down. He said it was to get their money back but I really think it was for more than that. He took good care of her when he saw what Gren had "done" to her. So in all reality Jet is more like Fayes adopted dad then a future boyfriend. Faye also tends to look towards Jet as a a fatherly figure. You can see this best when she starts to worry about his arm or when he's wounded. They bicker like Spike and her do, but in all odds there really just good friends.

If you've never seen the show and just so oddly it happens that you wondered into this site in hopes of seeing what the hell it was... then you might think this pairing werid if I don't explain.. Edward, or Ed as they call her, is a girl who is proably around the age of 12. Edward is the name that she gave herself so thats why its a boys name (didnt want you getting all confused on that). Ed really is more like the little sister that Faye never had. Faye tries to deny it and say that she hates the kid and wishes she was gone but really she looks after Ed. You can tell sometimes that she really thinks that Ed is odd but its really what draws Ed to her. Ed is someone that Faye can really talk to. Ed is also someone Faye can really look after sometimes when the guys are out looking over themselves. Make since.. hope so. And the dog that there holding in the picture is Ein. Ein and Ed really took on a liking to each other although it was Jet who orginally took the dog on to the ship. Faye doesn't really like the dog too much although there was a time when Faye told the dog her secrets about her past. I think she looks for the dog as someone to talk to because Ein can't talk back and sometimes thats really all she wants, someone to talk to who won't critize you back.
