Welcome to the temporary website for 404 - a wee band from Belfast who've been around for just over a year now. Obviously there's not much here now, but we'll be working on that over the next few weeks. Expect photographs, more mp3s, more band info and all the other stuff you'd expect on a band website.

The band:

• Lead Vocals: we're still looking for a permanent singer, so watch this space!
• Guitar/Keyboards: Robert Collins
• Bass/Backing Vocals: Stephen Gaston
• Drums/Vocals (and lead vocals for now): Tony Furnell

The music:

Influenced by almost every rock band ever, we make what we call 'Classic Rock' although we've been experimenting with everything from funk to R&B lately. We're versatile and desperately seeking direction - eventually we'll get there. We play a set of covers with a few originals when we take to the stage. Covers consist of songs from Queen, The Kinks, Ozzy, Dire Straits, R.E.M. and many others. Here's an mp3 of us covering Sultans of Swing by the brilliant Dire Straits
