recovery day. ran alone without a watch. ill give myself 6 miles to be on the conservative side, but it was probably closer to 7, as the loop i did normally takes around 45-47 minutes

only 2 days behind..
sunday - hour and 20 minutes with dunn and salmon. not bad for only an hour and a half of sleep the night before..last long run of HS xc....i give myself 11 miles..
monday - workout. 10 x 1:15 on 1:00 off. Felt really good. Legs died on the last one, but aerobically felt great. Did them around the lake. Stayed with the group through 8...fell off a lil on the 9th..and more on the 10th. Legs just couldnt deal anymore..felt great though...9 miles

wow i suck at this
why do i suck at doing this timely...
tuesday - weird workout. ended up being like 6 x 1k. quads felt like LOGS (dont know why), so i couldnt really get going. it was a shame cuz aerobically i was feelin good. oh well. turned out to be around 9 miles total..
wednesday - 8 miles
thursday - 6 miles, took my first easy day of the week, meet tommorow, didnt get alot of sleep
friday - didnt get alot of sleep, but still ran well. 16:52 on this weird flat course with no hills that they think was a little wrong. I dont know. Really felt good though, aerobically and muscularly (is that a word). Definatly feel like i had more in the tank. my training is finally starting to kick in and Hopefully I can stay under 17 the rest of the season. overal i got like..6+ miles..
saturday - ran with morris choate dunn salmon and conrad...9 miles.

thursday - 8 miles
friday - workout...2 x 800...6 x 160?..it was around the soccer fields, not the most accurate. The first 800 was on the turf which MESSED up our legs. I won't post time sbecause they are all messed up...but I felt pretty good started to feel good on the 200s.... 7 miles total.
saturday - 9 miles with morris, billy, salmon

man im behind
i really need to start updating this better..
friday - 40 minutes easy. striders. ill give myself 6 because im generous
saturday - race went bad. none of us had it. don't feel like typing about it. 7 miles for the day.
overal week - 56 miles
sunday - 60 minutes with salmon and choate 8 miles for the day
monday - 40 minutes again with striders..give myself 6
tuesday - race against cherokee. went out in 5:12, surged into the woods, got hurt on the hills, fell apart last 900m or so. not a great race. need to workout and get that last part of the race down. we only had the one workout so far, so that could be it. I dont know. I'm racing like shit and I feel like im letting the team down. I have three weeks to get it together. we lost, fyi

last couple days..
been busy the past couple days..but here it all is to catch up
tuesday - hellish workout. 8 x 800m in GCC A course woods. First 400m is flat but curvy, last 400m is all up and down. it was hard as hell. I only did 5. Most all around 2:55-3:00 minutes. Salmon, Dunn, Morris, and Company ran the last couple in 2:45ish. THey are really fit, its just a matter of them racing well. I should be the 5th guy on the team. 5th guy 17:17 at holmdel in october...hmm sounds good.. 2 mile warm up/cooldown , the usual.

wednesday - wow, felt AWFUL. Ran like 60 minutes but slowwww...I'll give myself 7 for the day
thursday - 4 hours of sleep, so didnt feel that great. Ran an hour. 8 miles for the day

Felt alright...sluggish from not enoguh sleep and calves were sore. We are doin a real workout for the first time all season tommorow..and it should be about 10-11 miles worth of work, so i went a lil shorter today with only like 53 minutes or so. Overall not a bad monday.

1:30 at GCC. Took an ice bath after the race, so my legs didnt feel too bad. Calves a lil sore, legs a lil sluggish, but overall felt good. We even picked it up the last 10-15 minutes. Definatly much better then last sunday
