What I do for Acne is DRINK WATER!! I cannot tell you the difference it made! I maybe get like 2 a week ... but the more water you drink the better. I'm telling you that it does work. If you stay away from sugar and soda and stuff that will help tremendously! I havn't had a soda in about 6 months :) I will occasionaly have some candy on the weekends, but not too much.

Another thing that helps me a lot is this thing called "Benzaclin". It's in a little round jar about 2 inches tall. You can't get it over the counter, but you have to order it as a perscription. Im not sure how much it is but it's not too expensive. It works really good! You should put it on every day. It will prevent acne from comming too, I highly recomend getting it.

Some people believe that eating chocolate or greasy foods makes your skin break out, although many doctors dispute this. The best strategy is to watch your own diet and see if certain foods correspond to breakouts.

Another good tip is to drink lots of water--it flushes out impurities and keeps the skin hydrated.
