Our company is a growing company in aluminium profile distribution and exporting fields. We can supply mill finish and also electostatic coated profiles. Brands most widely used are Corra Coat, Akso Nobel and Jatun which are well-known all over the world by their qualities.
Profiles and discs are manufactured with billets (AA6063) which are casted in European standarts.
With a vertical semi-continous foundry and Hot Top Moulding System, round billets with diameters between 75-254mm and slabs with dimensions between (35-45mm)x(250-450)x5500mm are casted.At the end of the homogenisation process, the aluminium billets are supplied the market. Billets between 110mm-254mm are casted, cut in various lengths and packaged. The quality control of billets and slabs are done in world standarts by using spectral analysing enstruments.
