This guarantee is for a M/F ______________(color)______________(pattern)_________

The Breeder guarantees this puppy is a purebred Dachshund with AKC registration. The Breeder guarantees this dog to be in good health at the time of purchase. The Breeder also guarantees the puppy has had appropriate vaccinations and de-worming appropriate to the puppy’s age. This guarantee is not a long term/ genetic guarantee. This guarantee is good against life threatening diseases, not parasites. The Breeder does not guarantee the puppy that develops hypoglycemia or diarrhea due to stress or improper diet after the sale. The Breeder will only refund the deposit amount if the puppy is injured or dies in the care of the seller. The deposit will not be refunded if the buyer changes his/her mind for any reason. The deposit will not be transferred toward the purchase of another puppy unless otherwise agreed upon by the Seller. After the balance and shipping (if applicable) is paid, the buyer has up until 1 week prior to shipping to receive a refund minus the deposit amount. If the buyer "backs out on the deal" for any reason within the last week before shipping or pickup, the breeder will only refund 1/2 of the total money paid on dog and shipping (if shipping was paid).
It is recommended that the Buyer have the dog examined within 48 hours of purchase. IF the puppy is not examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours after taking possession of the puppy, the guarantee is VOID. The only exception is for weekends and holidays when the vet is closed, but the puppy must be taken the next working day. The buyer is responsible for all vet bills and other expenses while the pup is in their possession. The Buyer may return said dog **at the buyers expense** to the Breeder within 72 hours with a written veterinarian explanation of defect. The puppy must be returned in the same condition it was in at the time of purchase. If the puppy dies within 48 hours after purchase, buyer must have an autopsy performed to prove cause of death was due to an illness contracted while in the breeder's possession. It is then the Breeder's choice to refund the purchase price less $100 non-refundable deposit, or replace the puppy with a comparable puppy as one becomes available. Under no circumstances will vet fees or shipping be refunded. If a new puppy is issued to the buyer, the buyer will assume the new shipping cost as well. The Breeder makes no guarantee as to adult size, color, conformation. Any information given to you in these regards is simply the Breeder's educated guess/ opinion. The breeder assumes no responsibility on this puppy after leaving the premises regarding medical expenses, animal allergies, or compatablity. This puppy is being sold as a pet and not being sold for the purpose of being bred. It is sold with limited AKC registration papers which means it can not be bred and registration in AKC sanctioned show events is limited (i.e conformation classes). Your veterinarian consult you as to the appropriate age for spaying or neutering your pet.
The Buyer agrees to pay in full for the puppy, and shipping if applicable, before pickup or shipping. The Buyer promises to maintain the dog at all times in good health with recommended vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and periodic veterinarian check-ups. If at any time duing the puppies life the buyer feels they can not provide a good home for the puppy can bring the puppy back to us. No money will be refunded and we will make every effort to place them in a suitable home. The buyer will not take this pup to an animal shelter or rescue group. By signing below the buyer certifies that they are not a Broker and are not buying for a Puppy Mill or Pet Shop. They are ageeing to provide a good home for their new companion.
