By signing this agreement, the buyer understands that the breeder will hold the AKC paperwork until such time that the buyer provides a written or typed statement signed by their veterinarian stating the above mentioned dog has been spayed or neutered. The vet statement must be on the veterinarian’s letterhead. Upon the breeder reviewing the statement and being satisfied that the procedure has been performed, the breeder will mark the AKC paperwork as “limited AKC registration” and send the registration papers to the buyer.
