Make deposit of $300 to hold your reservation. We accept Visa & Master Card. This deposit is not part of rental, and will be refunded within 14 days if unit is left in good condition.

Rental and cleaning fee is due at least one week before arrival date.

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, advance notice must be given in order to receive a refund of your deposit: 15 days for nightly and weekly rentals.
