These guidelines allow us to give you the best service possible. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have or help you with any special request. We look forward to having you as a guest in our home at The Caribe.

  • A major credit card is required to hold all reservations.

  • A $300 deposit is required for all reservations.

  • Guests are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, you will be billed accordingly.

  • Deposit does not apply towards rent and is held as a damage deposit.

  • Deposit will be refunded by mail within 14 days of departure if unit is left in good order.

  • Please verify : arrival / departure dates, reserved accommodation, rent amount due. Contact us immediately if you find a discrepancy. Otherwise, it will be assumed correct.

  • If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, advance notice must be given in order to receive a refund of your deposit: 15 days for nightly and weekly rentals.

  • Check-in is 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. daily. If you plan to arrive after 5 p.m., please advise us ahead of time.

  • Check-out is 10 a.m. Keys are to be left, locked in the condo. If you check out after 10 a.m., an additional fee may apply. We must have your cooperation to prepare the unit for the next guest's arrival. We ask that when you depart, please dispose of all food and trash. All dishes are to be left clean. The cleaning and linens will be handled by our housekeeping staff.

  • A departure cleaning fee of $100 is charged for each stay.

  • Local calls, long-distance calls and access to Hi-speed internet are available for a fee that will be charged to your folio.

  • Parking is limited to two parking passes per condominium. Boats, trailers, jet-skis, and motor homes are prohibited. No Exceptions.

  • The total number of persons allowed in unit at any one time is restricted to the number of people the unit sleeps (6). Absolutely no house parties allowed. Amenities (ex. pools, saunas, hot tubs, etc.), rates, unit descriptions, bed sizes, and availability are subject to change. No refunds will be made for unavailable amenities.

  • No one under the age of 14 allowed in the Fitness Center and/or hot tubs. Children, ages 14 - 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Children under the age of 12 shall be accompanied by an adult at all times on any part of the property including pools, tennis courts, lobby, atrium, etc.


  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. Rates, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice or liability, should the unit be out of service or unavailable. If comparable accommodations are not available, a refund will be given. Every precaution has been taken by us for accuracy; however, we reserve the right to correct errors. We cannot give refunds.

  • Furnishings are subject to change. Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

  • All rent is due upon arrival

  • Boats, jet skis, trailers, motor homes, or any towed vehicle are absolutely prohibited on property

  • No pets

  • No Smoking

  • The condominium is provided with an initial supply of the following

  • Soap
  • Shampoo
  • Bath Gel
  • Lotion
  • Toilet paper
  • Paper towels
  • Laundry detergent
  • Dishwasher detergent

  • The condominium is individually owned and is fully equipped with the following:
  • bed linens, blankets, pillows, etc.
  • dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
  • bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mats, etc.

  • Things to bring:
  • Beach towels
  • Personal items
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Camera
  • Additional soaps and shampoos
