Our newsletter is running a bit behind for various reasons but it will be ready to go in a couple days, my apologies for those of you who have been anxiously awaiting it. There will be a lot of information in it.

I will be on WRWL radio with Pastor Ernie Sanders to discuss the ACLU and our plans to cripple them. Pastor Sanders has the longest running radio show in Ohio (28 years per his site), has been in court with the ACLU over 20 times and not paid one dime to them. He fiercely opposes the ACLU's agenda and I look forward to speaking with him. I'll be taking your calls so let's show Ohio and America we mean business against the ACLU. I will be on as long as they wish.

QUICK OTHER ANNOUNCEMENT


A sharp Missouri visitor informed me that the ACLU of Missouri and Western Kansas was participating in a program with Price Chopper stores to get 1% of qualified purchases donated to them. He stated that Price Chopper told him the program no longer exists. It appears that although this is still located on the ACLU's web site, the program is indeed disbanded since the ACLU's web site has not been updated since June and the previous director listed on the site, Dick Kurtenbach, is no longer there. In addition, such information was not able to be found anywhere on Price Chopper's web site.

If you live in Kansas or Missouri and shop at Price Chopper, it may be a good idea to verify that this indeed is the case. There is an online form which you can complete. However, it would be preferable to get something in writing. A headquarters address was not able to be located on the web site, though you might be able to contact them thru their local stores. To find your store, click here.

Please note this appears to be a different Price Chopper from this one on the East Coast, although those of you who live that way might want to verify that to be the case.

Also, since Hen House is also listed on the ACLU of KS/MO as a participant, those of you who do business with them might want to take note of it. And if any of you can advise me as to what type of store Hen House is, I would greatly welcome it.

Open Letter to the American Civil Liberties Union

To Anthony Romero, Director of the American Civil Liberties Union, and ACLU Staff:



I/We, the undersigned individual(s), hereby inform the ACLU and all members and staff, via this letter, that as God loving patriotic American citizens, I/we are thoroughly outraged with your organization's efforts to remove every vestige of decency, goodness, patriotism and morality in America. Instead of being a true Constitutional and civil rights organization defending American liberties, the ACLU is an organization that has sought at every opportunity to undermine American liberties, specifically those of a religious nature. And as such, we have had enough.



While your organization will occasionally defend Christian and traditional values, the ACLU has worked overtime to oppose Christian and traditional values, including the following:



Blocking prayer and Bible reading in our public schools and city/village meetings
Litigating to remove 10 Commandments plaques and all Christian symbols and emblems in our schools, cities and public places
Ensuring that the grisly procedure of partial birth abortion be permitted as a recognized legal medical procedure
Ensuring that abortion without restrictions be available at any time throughout a woman's pregnancy
Ensuring that parents be denied the right to consent or even be notified of a teenager's decision to have an abortion
Denying waiting periods before pregnant women have an abortion
Denying "right to know" information to women considering the dangerous risks of having an abortion
Removing "IN GOD WE TRUST" off our money
Forcing religious organizations like Catholic Charities as well as insurance companies to provide contraceptive and/or abortion coverage against their will
Removing God out of the Pledge of Allegiance
Forcing homosexuality to be taught as an acceptable alternate lifestyle in public schools
Forcing public schools to adopt Gay/Straight Alliances in communities that do not want them
Forcing states to accept same sex marriage as equivalent to heterosexual marriage
Preventing libraries from blocking pornography in their computers


I/we will do all we can to educate our friends, family, co-workers and colleagues of the ACLU's radical agenda supporting abortion and pornography upon demand and without restrictions, removing the 10 Commandments from all public facilities and redefining thousands of years of traditional marriage. Furthermore, I/we will do all we can to educate the American people and current ACLU supporters as to the true focus and goals of your organization.



I/we support the Stop the ACLU Coalition's march on every ACLU office in all 50 states and plan to participate in my state's march. As a God fearing and loving American, I cannot and will not in good conscience stay silent while your organization feverishly works to destroy all of America's moral fibers. Therefore I/we are declaring thru this letter that I/we will do my/our part to stop your organization's influence in our cities, our schools, our churches and in our government and courtrooms, in short, every sphere of life.



Furthermore, we will be praying that as long as the ACLU continues its radical agenda on America, that the donations to your organization will dry up so you will have to close your doors forever.

When I wrote of Secular Humanist's terrorist attacks against Conservative Christian America; was I being a liar; was I being a manipulator; was I being a white man bigot; was I being unfair to the ACLU and it's parent organization, Secular Humanism, by saying that the ACLU is using "terrorist tactics" against Conservative Christian America?

Let's take a look at the ACLU track record:

In Los Angeles County, within the last year, the ACLU sued the county because their decades-old county logo had a tiny, tiny cross in it. It had a huge New Age symbol, the lady, which was the most predominant icon on the logo. The ACLU was not interested in the huge New Age Lady --- only the tiny, tiny cross; which so offended --- who?

Los Angeles County, FEARING an expensive lawsuit, caved in and removed that horrible cross.

Within the last year, the ACLU sued the Pentagon because some military bases have Boy Scout organizations on the bases, a normal function of family life within the confines of living on a military base. The Pentagon, the military power of the world, the military power who is not afraid to storm any bastion of bad guys --- capitulated and removed the Boy Scouts from military bases. Yes, sir, they took those Boy Scout Terrorist right off of our military bases. Why? They FEARED a costly lawsuit with the ACLU.

Last year, in Dover, Pennsylvania, the local school board was meeting to discuss the issue of having the science teachers read a disclaimer. In October, the Dover board voted 6-3 to require its science teachers to read a statement at the beginning of the school year, telling students that evolution is an incomplete scientific theory, and that Intelligent Design --- the idea that the universe, its earth and its creatures are so complex that they must have been built by an intelligent creator --- is a viable alternative.

We all watched on television as six ACLU mafioso stormed into the meeting, lock-step, stood arm to arm, at the back of the room, glaring at the board members. Then, one ACLU lawyer marched to the microphone and coldly announced, "The school board has made a mistake and you must change your ruling. If you do not, we will sue you, and it will cost you a lot of money in legal fees. You have very little time before we take this offer off the table."

In my January 14, 2005 article, I told you how, watching this terrorist action, I had an ominous feeling, like I was watching a rerun of 1939 Europe, hearing the echoes down through time, "You must prove that you are not Jews --- or we will send you to our camps!"

In Troy, Michigan, The ACLU of Michigan warned the City of Troy that it would take legal action if the suburb continued to endorse a religious banner. The warning, in a letter to Troy City Attorney John Martin, stems from the display last spring on the front lawn of the city?s civic center of a 4-foot by 18-foot banner promoting the "National Day of Prayer."

The ACLU opposes parental notification for teens wanting an abortion.
The ACLU defends sodomy, even if it means promoting AIDS.
The ACLU sues to defends an AIDS group whose members want to use the opposite sex bathrooms. This one is unbelievable.
The ACLU defends a teen who performed a deviant act on a disabled boy.
The ACLU says a fetus has no rights until the child is born.

My Friend, the lady who is angry with me because I do not like the ACLU, states in her latest e-mail, "Terrorists murder and kill, and seek to change things through violence, not petitions and court cases."

Yes, that is what most people think of when you mention "terrorists" and "terrorism." However, that is not how Merriam-Webster defines them.

Bombs and guns are just a tiny part of the terrorists arsenal of weapons; probably the least effective. What is the terrorist's most effective weapon? It is INTIMIDATION! It is FEAR! It is COERCION! It is CONTROLLING A PEOPLE through the use of the FEAR tactics. Yes, my Friend, that is true terrorism; those are true terrorist tactics; and that is the strategy of the ACLU in their attacks on Conservative Christian America.

On September 11, 2001, America lost over 3000 lives and several buildings in the terrorist attack. However, take a look at how life in America has changed since that day. Our whole lifestyle has changed. Many companies were seriously hurt when, after 9-11, many people were afraid to travel. The most effective weapon used on 9-11 is the devastating mushrooming of fear throughout America; fear of another attack. The terrorists do not have to execute another physical attack --- they are totally disrupting life in America; through the fear they have already generated. FEAR! INTIMIDATION! COERCION! These are the most effective weapons in any terrorist arsenal.

Now, let's relate that to Secular Humanism and its legal arm, the ACLU. What is the ACLU's most effective weapon? It is FEAR! It is INTIMIDATION! It is COERCION! It is CONTROLLING A PEOPLE through the use of FEAR tactics. Yes, all the ACLU has to do is to march, lock-step, into a meeting and announce their intent to sue. And, all of a sudden, that school board, that county board of supervisors; that organization --- are all quaking in their seats and, most often, capitulate --- from fear of being involved in an expensive lawsuit.

How does Merriam-Webster define Terror: One that inspires fear; a cause of anxiety.

How does Merriam-Webster define Terrorism: The systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion.

How does Merriam-Webster define Terrorism: One that engages in acts or an act of terrorism.

From the ACLU track record --- can anyone deny that these definitions fit like a tailor made suit?

Now, to be fair, I will admit that the ACLU has done some good things. They did help do away with segregation in America. But, to be honest with you --- I believe that black Americans were more instrumental in making that happen, than the ACLU. The ACLU might want to take a lot of the credit; but it was people such as Martin Luther King and the Freedom Marchers; it was Rosa Parks; it was the Freedom Riders, black and white; it was the black man and the black woman, strong people in the likeness of Rosa Parks, who took a stand, who stood firm, and took integration for themselves.

But, again, to be fair, I will admit that the ACLU has won cases for some good causes. However, their negative track record far overshadows their positive track record --- and their methods of fear, coercion, and intimidation are wrong regardless of the results.

We all know that Secular Humanism and the ACLU were and are behind all the efforts to remove God from our public schools and from our public lives. We know that Secular Humanism and the ACLU were and are behind the successful move to remove all vestiges of positive moral values from ever being taught in our public schools.

What are the results of this "let our kid's grow their own moral values" move fathered by the ACLU? To this change in the teaching of positive moral values in public schools; we can attribute the growing rate of violence in our public schools and on our streets; we can attribute the growing teen pregnancy and abortion rates; we can attribute the growing phenomenon of recreational sex among our young people; we can attribute the growing Sexually Transmitted Disease rate among our young people; we can attribute the growing usage of drugs among our young people.. Yes, these are just some of the things we can credit to the ACLU, as we give them a big "atta boy" for fathering this dysfunctional lifestyle among our children.

No matter what few good things the ACLU might have done; their dark side far overshadows them. Would you let Billy Graham baby sit your children, if you were 99% sure he was going to harm them? Of course, you would not. And, to be sure that no one thinks I am equating Billy Graham to this evil --- I am merely using his extremely good name and character to emphasis how good, if it is overshadowed by bad --- becomes a negative.

In 1963, and even earlier, when America turned our American School System over to the ACLU and the NEA (National Education Association) --- and their parent organization, Secular Humanism --- it was analogous to inviting a serial killer into your home to be your baby sitter. They are killing the minds of our young children by their 8 to 5, five days a week, indoctrination of our children into Secular Humanism.

In a quote from John J. Dunphy, Secular Humanist author, in his article "A Religion For A New Age," The Humanist magazine, January-February 1983 [Volume 43, Number 1] --- we learn of the Secular Humanist's, and the ACLU's, plan to conquer our children's minds:

"I am convinced that the battle for humankind's future must be waged and won in the public school classroom by teachers that correctly perceive their role as proselytizers of a new faith: a religion of humanity that recognizes and respects the spark of what theologians call divinity in every human being. . . The classroom must and will become an arena of conflict between the old and new -- the rotting corpse of Christianity, together with all its adjacent evils and misery, and the new faith of Humanism, resplendent with the promise of a world in which the never-realized Christian ideal of 'love thy neighbor' will finally be achieved."

Next, let's take a look at a quote from a Humanist Curriculum book used by many teachers in our public schools, "WEEP FOR OUR CHILDREN," and what it teaches our children: "It's OK to lie. It's OK to steal. It's OK to have premarital sex. It's OK to cheat or to kill if these things are part of your value system, and you clarified these values for yourself. The important thing is not what values you choose, but that you have chosen them for yourself and without coercion of parents, spouse, priest, friends, ministers or social pressure of any kind."

Duh! And we wonder why so many of our kids are being lost. Every time there is a Columbine High School type incident, we ask ourselves, "Why are these kids doing these crazy things to themselves and to others?" With the teaching of positive moral values taken from our public schools --- do you really have to ask? By allowing these types of things, in the paragraph above, to be taught in our public schools; do you really have a right to ask? YOU, yes, YOU, are allowing these things to be taught --- by not taking a stand against it.

From chapter 20 of "The Humanist Curriculum" by Samuel L. Blumenfeld, we take this quote:

"Easily the most important of the NEA's strategies is that concerning the content of education, for the socialist revolution wanted by the Progressives will have to be carried out by a younger generation indoctrinated in progressive, humanist values. The road to a Humanist Curriculum began in 1918 with the NEA's Seven Cardinal Principles which stressed Humanist ethical values to replace those of traditional religion. . . But the undermining of the Judeo-Christian tradition was well underway, when, in 1933, John Dewey and 33 other Liberal Humanists drew up and signed that extraordinary document known as the "Humanist Manifesto." It reflected all of the influences of science, evolution, and the new psychology which were reshaping American education. It called for the abandonment of traditional religion and replacing it with a new secular religion better able to accommodate the new moral relativism inherent in a man-centered, godless world." http://www.sntp.net/education/nea_humanist.htm

Gary Bauer, president of American Values, wrote of the ACLU Assault: "Most Americans know that the ACLU is leading the charge of the radical Left to remake America through the power of unelected judges. Generally, its efforts have focused on suppressing religious expression and bullying the Boy Scouts, but it has also played a major role in expanding homosexual rights through judicial fiat. In the past, the ACLU cherry picked its cases carefully, but that is about to change. Yesterday, the ACLU announced that it was launching a nationwide campaign to impose same-sex "marriage" through the courts. Its efforts will concentrate on normalizing homosexual adoption and fighting state marriage amendments. According to an ACLU press release, it appears as though an accompanying media barrage will aim to pull at people's heartstrings by showing how "lesbian and gay couples and their children suffer when their families are not recognized by the law."

Let me conclude by quoting a great American president, even if he was a Democrat, Franklin Delano Roosevelt:

"We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future."

"As Americans, we go forward, in the service of our country, by the will of God."

"So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself
? nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror
which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance."

My Friend, I pray that this article causes a storm! I pray that it causes many people to become indignant, to become angry, to become so angry --- that they decide to TAKE A STAND for Conservative Christian Values in America. It is time to put the FEAR, the INTIMIDATION, the COERCION into a box --- and give it all back to the ACLU. We, as Conservative Christian Americans, have no further need of it.
