General Rules :

1.Participation is restricted to B.Com students only.

2.Participants from each college not to exceed 10.

3.All the participants are required to send two stamp size photographs to the organizers two days prior to the event.

4.Participants must carry their college identity cards.

5.A registration fee of Rs 750 is to be paid by Cash/D.D in favour of "St Aloysius College ACME 2004"

6.Confirmation must reach us on or before 18 September, 2004.

7.All participants should report to the reception desk by 8:00 a.m. on 30 September, 2004.

8.Each event carries 20 participation points and the college that participates in all the 8 events will get 50 bonus points.

9.The organizers reserve the right to cancel / reschedule / modify rules of any event, if the situation demands, at their own discretion.

10.Discipline and decorum to be strictly maintained in the college.

11.Organizers will not be liable for any loss of personal belongings.

12.Participants are expected to be on time for their respective events, failing which they will be disqualified.

13.If a participant is in 2 events and if those 2 events clash, then in such a situation the organizers will not be responsible and will not encourage any negotiations.

Guidelines For Out Station Colleges :

1.One faculty member will be permitted to accompany the team.

2.Accommodation will be provided to the participants from 29 September, 2004, evening to 2 October, 2004, morning.

3.Transportation will be provided to all participants i.e., pick up from the railway or bus station on arrival and drop to the station on departure.

4.Details of travel plans and arrival at Mangalore have to be intimated to the organizers well in advance.
