8 oz. Sour cream
½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. grated cheese
1 can Mexicorn, drained
Mix all ingredients. Serve with your favorite cracker or chip -- I personally recommend a box of Wheat Thins, and if you're going to a party, make a double recipe so you have some to bring home!
