Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

8 chicken breasts
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter, melted
2 T poppy seeds

Boil chicken until tender. Cool. Cut into small pieces. Mix chicken, soup, and sour cream. Put in baking dish. Melt butter. Mix melted butter, cracker crumbs, and poppy seeds. Top chicken with crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes (until hot, bubbly, and golden).
