It has come to my attention that some of us don't know how to make fudge. This may sound weird, albeit gross, but this is the best fudge I have ever eaten. "Cheese? In fudge?" you ask. Yes. For one thing, it takes out the grittiness of most fudges. It's also much less rich than regular fudges, which I think is good because it gives you a rationale behind eating more than one piece. last, the Velveeta makes it creamy. Behold the power of cheese!
½ lb. Margarine
2 lbs. Powdered Sugar
½ lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ Cup Cocoa
¾ Cup Chopped Nuts
Melt margarine & cheese in microwave. In large bowl mix powdered sugar &
cocoa together. Pour hot margarine & cheese mixture over the sugar & cocoa
mixture. Mix thoroughly. Add vanilla & nuts. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Put in
refrigerator and wait 15 minutes before cutting.
