Part 1 History of the Ground

Manchester United was found at 1878 (and the name was called Newton Heath) at Bank Street Clayton on East Manchester (now the site is a Cycling Centre) at that time they had two home ground but this site is their second ground, the first ground was on North Road (now the site is a school), but just after their first League season at 1892-93 the landlord tell them they won’t be allow stay at there unless they charge the entrance fee at that time they refuges to do it so at 1894 they move to the new ground from mile away south on bank Street(that site will be home of Manchester City F.C at the year 2003). Later the move again this time is at OLD TRAFFORD on February 19th 1910 the first team to visit is Liverpool and lost 4-3.
