I feel so alive when you,

Were here to hold.

I could talk to you about anything,

And you would understand.

You gave good advice to people

Who needed it the most.

But now that you’re gone,

I felt so alone.

Until I heard your voice,

Giving me that same advice.

And holding on to me,

When I needed to be held.

Now I still have your memories

And the feelings you left behind.

To give to my kids and,

Special people in mind.
