• HEEL PAD: A gel insert.
• SOLE: Thin with zig-zag pattern and flex grooves.
• COMFORT: Very comfortable.
• OVERALL: A great shoe. The only bad thing was I had to change the laces every few weeks. They have great board feel and are super durable. 9/10
