Most people think people who make webpages are just those fuckin geeks who got nuttin better to do but I ain't. In fact the only reason I started was to make some $ designing pages and to kill some time.
I like to listen to music like Korn, Insane Clown Posse, Twizted, Mysery, Eminem, Blink 182, Bad Religion, Rancid and some more bands, the list goes on but I won't bore you to death with it.
I am a proud Canadian and I live in Calgary alberta. I usually Skate at my local church, Revy or Downtown Calgary. Also go to Canmore, Airdrie, Banff for their Skateparks. When downtown it's a great place cuz you can skate throughout the place and find about 20 other Aggressive skaters just jumpin a gap or grinding some handrail or curb till it's black. Soon there will be a huge $1,500,000 Skatepark in downtown Calgary in the year 2000 though. Can't wait until that is up.
Right now I'm in grade 9 in some really crappy Junior High. The people here are nice, not like where I use to live though. I use to live in the SE part of Calgary and went to a pretty rough school. but then I moved to the NW and it's been great ever since. When I was in grade 6 me and a friend like the idea of rollerblading and doing tricks and grinds but we had no idea how fun it would be. we just had little plastic bauer rollerblades with breaks on em. All we had was some skinny short rail we ripped of some kiddy slide and a 2cent jump that was about 1 1/2 feet tall. The only thing we could do on the rail was a frontside and backside. Obviously couldn't soul cuz their was no soul plate. We had no idea what Aggressive Skating was let alone ever heard about it until my friend started doing it and I decided to go over to a really small crappy skatepark the size of an outdoor skate rink. By this time it was grade 7 and had some Hockey rollerblades. Obviously crappy for Aggressive Skaing. But I loved the quarter pipe and funboxes they had their so I got some Aggressive Skates. By this time I still couldn't do anything except 180, frontside and backside. So I went to my friends place and we built 2 rails and the best kicker(1/4) pipe ever with a landing ramp/wedge. By this time I could soul now and do alotta grabs but still all of the ramps and rails were at my friends house. That brings us to March '99. I wasn't sure if Aggressive Skating was in my future but I tried again. during Spring Break I went downtown with my same friend and learned to soul, miszou, makio, rocket makio, Acid, ally oop soul and ally oop makio. In 3 days I learned all these grinds. For the next few weeks I was just perfecting my grinds and doing them with more speed and more style. My best grind ever would have to be a nice curb that I went at with lotsa speed and went Makio to Miszou to Soul to Acid. All while having my soul foot on and changing my other foot around. Since then I havn't been able to beat that switch 4. Which brings us to present day. I have some new K2 Backyard Bob skates and got another friend into Aggro Skating.We go just about everyday just to practice grinds at our local church. Right now I'm learning to Sweatstance and other Topside Grinds
So as you can see I ain't the best Skater ever. in fact A lot of the people i skate with are better than me. Except every now and then I pull out some amazing switch grind and get the "ooo's", "aaaa's" and "holy shit where'd that come from?" So I don't skate to be the best...I skate for myself and to become better. Also I find that Aggressive Skating helps with balance in Hockey when I hit. So anyone who plays hockey should give it a shot becuase if you get hit you can keep your balance.
Overall I have only been skarting for about 4 months totall and feel that i have improved alot. Wanna tell me your aggressive Skating story? go right ahead.
Oh and While I'm here I'de like to say thanks to some bitchy girls who wanted to be on this damn thing, don't get me wrong at all their friends, but...they skateboard. Well there jac and Michelle ya got yer fucking time oh, and guys, they are single..., Hey everyone loves a skater chick am I right? well most of you do. Jac the dumb ditzy blonde admits to being a "by" but Michelle won't admit to nuttin. Oh well.
So far my local skate spot includes me Jon (he started Aggressive Skating about 1 month and a half ago), Devon (he's been at it for over 2 years), his friend Mike Garret (he's 17, sponsored I thnik and skates in a whole bunch of comps. He came in 2nd in the Cat in Calgary, it was at the Calgary Stampede) and that's about it. I've skated with some guys that live a bit aways but their good and my age. I think their names were Dan and Jon. I skated with those guys downtown. Other people I skated with and have taught me alot are some guys I met downtown, specially Dave, he's sponsored by K2 snd we meet each other every now and then downtown be coincidence.

Where I live theirs only 3 spots to skate that are near by. 1)a chinese Church, has an easy low down curb which is fine fer grinds but sucks anyways, 2)Macs parking lot, couple long things to jump 3)Revy Parking lot, a Nice 4 foot benches and curbs along their. including lotsa stuf to jump.
August 99' I've become a bit of a punk in teh last month, I dye my hair at least once a month, right now ihave light blue/silver hair and I wear pants that each legs are 30" around and every now and tehn I wear some chains. I go to banff alot and last week I learned to Sweatstance and to Farside Miszou, so I was pretty damned please with that. teh next grind I'm gonna learn is topside pornstar or topside soul or Kind grind.
