"But we give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word." Acts 6:4

Joni Ames
Ministering in the Word and by the revelatory gifting of the Holy Spirit.
A.C.T.S. MINISTRIES

Joni Ames is a single, female, spirit-filled Christian writer, teacher and encourager. Joni was born in Fort Worth, Texas, on November 3, 1954 and raised in Los Angeles, California until her family moved in time for her to start Junior High School in Erie, Pennsylvania. She has also resided in Texas, both Carolinas, Kansas City, Missouri and Florida. After surviving an abusive childhood followed by domestic violence and divorce, Joni moved to the Carolinas in 1985 to 'start over' and raise her two children, Jennifer and C.J., "in the Bible Belt." With her two children now grown and living on their own, the Lord spoke to Joni a few years ago that it was "time" to begin stepping out in a more full time capacity into the ministry He has called her to ~ and she has been doing that ever since!

I met with Joni in Ft. Walton, Florida recently during her women's conference. Joni has such a heart for God’s ‘girls’…… ! Joni offers a platform at her conferences for woman to speak. She allowed five women to take 10 or 30 minute slots to deliver the message the Lord had placed in their hearts. As I sat and listened Friday, it was a blessing to hear message after message that related to each other spoken without knowledge of what the next one would say. The Lord was sharing His heart through confirmation of the word as each woman stepped out of their comfort zone and ministered to us.
I talked with Joni on how the Lord taught her the value of prayer. Joni began to develop a prayer box at an early

age by taking 3x5 index cards alphabetized with people’s names. She says, “I began to pray for people and would also write the answers to prayer. Since that time I have continued to ‘journal’ my prayers. I started this when I was in my 20’s.”
Joni feels we are in the Amos 9 season where the tabernacle of David is being restored. She said, “This is when we will spend hours in worship, time will just go quickly, hours passing by before you know it.”
Joni moves in the prophetic as well as teaches the truth about the gift of prophecy. She says, “No

Sharrol Herusha
SHARROL HERUSHA HAS A TEACHERS ANOINTING AND LOVES SHARING JESUS WITH OTHERS!      By: Jan Hicks

Our January Ladies prayer luncheon was just wonderful as we listened to Sharrol share about the different personalities that make up this world.
It was obvious that Sharrol has a very ‘sanguine’ personality as she so enthusiastically guided the rest of us to discover just who we are in Christ and why we act and react the way we do.
We were given a test discovering our weaknesses and strengths which helped all of us make right choices, to change the negative traits and improve on the positive ones. It was very interesting to see how our personality characteristics lead us to ‘not always’ respond to someone in a Godly fashion. Our expectations of others many times cause us to judge them falsely as well as anticipate reactions that never happen. Learning more about ourselves helps us learn how to get along better,
