Could you ever believe that your shadow may not be your shadow at all, but someone else's. Someone that you cant see?
Ah...now the subject arise. What is that shadow that chases you down your hall way when you are young, gives you goose bumps when you walk down a dark alley, better yet, who is that shadow? Have you ever thought that maybe that shadow may be a demon or maybe a lost spirit trying to find its way home. I bet not. Not many people like the idea of demons and spirits following them around. I'm not saying that everyone has a dark shadow following them around, for their shadow could be that of a good spirit or angel. It all depends on the person.
Before I go any further, most of this information is from me and me only. This page is something I either have experience or have read or seen. I'm not saying that all of this information is true or false. Take it how you want to.
There are many different types of demons. Some are good and some are very bad. When you think of something that looks over you, would you ever think it was bad? I have many different things and people that look over me. But some are not what you would call good. Yes, damned spirits and demons could look over you too. Think of it as good though. Demons looking over you to keep other bad demons away from you. Make sense? Probably not because your mind wont let it make sense. Who wants to have a demon as a protector? I don't mind personally. I get myself into so much trouble, sometimes good things wont look out for me like I would want them to. But something is better than nothing.
Some of you have a clue what I am talking about, some don't. But for those who do, you yourself have experienced this some way or the other. Its hard for some people to believe that demons and damned spirits haunt them. And some are true believers. My first experience with a demon was not what I would call fun. That's what I get for messing around with stuff I shouldn't. One night as I laid in bed, trying to sleep, a shadow crossed my feet. I thought it was my imagination at first and I rolled over and went back to sleep. The next thing I know, my shelf is shaking on the wall. You want to talk about scared, I about pissed all over myself. And then this shadow (darker than the night life in my room), left my room and ventured down my hall way. I know today who this shadow was and he was the last 'thing' I wanted in my home. He scared the shit out of me and my little brother. Children see most of the things we don't. Why do you think they whine so much. *laughs* Anyways, he wasn't there to cause harm, but to let me know that he was watching over me and my little brother. It took me years to believe this and I was scared for my little brother and I. No one likes the idea of a demon roaming about there home. But I learned that this was not necessarily bad, but wasn't good at the same time. My life seemed to make a twist when I started to practice and everything seemed weird for a while there. At first I focused everything on evil and learned as much as I could about demons and spirits and such. Yes, I love demonology to this day. But it is something I can never practice again. I know I have my evil sides, but the evil side of me is much worse than a dog in heat. It is something I can never unleash again.
I seemed to have left the main subject a little so I will venture back some. Demons have ranks, just like sargents do in the army. I have heard the rankings change over the years and the numbers seem to have been turned around backwards. What I mean by that is: one being the highest rank and ten the lowest rank. Some have said that ten is the highest rank and one is the lowest. Like I said, many people have many different beliefs. Want an example eh? Here's a small example and no I'm not gonna list all of the names.

And you noticed that I skipped some of the names, even I have morals and naming some names will do me harm and you. I know I may sound lame and stupid, but you would understand if you knew about demons. There are many demons listed under ranks five through ten. Some of the names I don't even know. Hell, I don't want to know. And there are some that don't have a rank. A demons name is very powerful and some names should not be said unless you are provoking them.
Many religions actually teach thier peers about demons so they'll know how to get rid of one if one may ever happen to appear. But if you also notice though, they never let you forget about the evil. Evil is increased because of peoples belief in it. If something goes wrong, evil is blamed. Something goes good, good is entertained. No matter what any one could say, everyone has an evil side of them. Some think evil is sex, drugs, and rock n roll. But everyone has to have something to believe in.
There are also characters of demons. It is basically the same as the ten ranks of a demon but described some. I'll list them out for you:

4. Revengers of Evil
5. Deluders
6. Aerial Powers
7. Fiends
8. Accusers
9. Tempters and Ensnarers
10. (not sure)
Not everything is what it may seem to be. You have heard of incubus and succubus. If not: a succubus is a demon whom has the appearance of a woman and who has sex with males in their sleep, a incubus is a demon whom has the appearance of a man whom has sex with females in their sleep. These creatures are capable of anything and everything. Such as possession and death. I do not take these demons lightly for they are evil creatures of the night. No demon should be taken lightly though. Any demon can be something they are not. They can be something beautiful or something horrible. Evil spirits can be just as bad as demons. I would not suggest calling up an evil spirit for they are very dangerous.
Okay to the topic of damned spirits now. These spirits are much different from demons but can be just as bad. They don't have the power of a demon but they do have the potential. These are the shadows that mock and seem to make fun of you. Yes they are sent from hell. But they have certain rules that they must go by unlike demons. These spirits are the ones that you will commonly speak to on an Ouija board. They take on the name of a demon sometimes and try to make you look like a fool. They are silly to me but to others harmful and dangerous. I have a damned spirit that follows me around. He is a complete asshole but very useful at times. He likes to trick me and deceive me in many ways. He seems to think that his shadow scares me. That doesn't bother me as much as his feeling. When something is wrong or he is trying to scare me, I feel like death walked into the room. He also likes to move things to different spots. Like the remote control and cigarette lighters. He's an asshole like that. He has never done anything harmful to me or to others that are close to me. He's just a big old blob that seems to hang around me. I'll tell you though, if he were to ever leave me, I wouldn't know what to do. He has gotten me out of so much trouble. And I would be lost without him. I know that sounds very bad, but some of you understand what I am saying. He's like a spirit guide.
Demons and bad spirits only seem to appear when your at your worst. They can promise to make things better, or riches, or whatever you need. It's not common these days to find people who have sold their soul to the devil, but it is common to find people who have had encounters with evil beings and their lives are ruined by it. Books also are a major problem in the occult world. Books are not usually correct unless it is written in ancient script, and those books are not found easily. Demons and evil spirits just shouldn't be messed with at all and I would suggest just leaving them alone.
