Welcome to my nest!

My name is Wanda, I'm 38 years young and I'm known as Dove to my friends on the Net. My focus here is to bring glory and honor to Jesus Christ. May He touch you in a special way as you visit. Remember that nothing takes God by surprise and that He loves you so much. Over the last few weeks I've come to realize that a faith that cannot be tested, is a faith that cannot be trusted. So when you're having trials in your life, look up. God will take what's wrong and make it right. And as my pastor once told me, "When situations get desperate, God is not". For more insight into my life look at Dove's Details. Then come back again and visit. Don't forget to sign my guestbook so that I'll know you were here. Blessings and peace to each of you.

Twenty Years

Written by my daughter for our 20th Anniversary

They walk side by side,
Their hands embrace;
And as he turns to look at her,
A smile is on her face.

He's made her every step so joyous,
He's made her heart sing;
Can't he just tell,
All the love to her he brings?

He lights a fire in her heart,
And it never seems to dim;
She never knew love so great,
Until she married him.

Now even twenty years down the road,
Their love seems to grow each day;
The days don't seem so dark now,
Their love shines the way.

They had two beautiful children :-)
And nothing could compare;
If you just glance in their direction,
There's love in every stare.

And as I watch them together,
My only fantasy....
Is to meet a man,
With love like that for me.

Their road wasn't always a bed of roses,
But they don't seem to care;
Whenever they're together,
There's love everywhere.

Enjoy the rest of your lives,
May your love always be strong;
After twenty years together,
Nothing could go wrong.

"Behold, I'm the Lord, the God of all flesh, is there ANYTHING too hard for me?" Jeremiah 32:27

"According to my earnest expectation and hope that in nothing I shall be ashamed,
but that will all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified
in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me, to live is Christ,
and to die is gain."

Philippians 1:20 & 21
