Lives Forever |
Sublime originated in Long Beach, California and since has put out three major albums. They are 40 oz to Freedom(1992), Robbin the Hood(1994), and their self titled, Sublime(1996). There are also several different bootlegs of live shows and unreleased demos, which have been made available for all us fans out there. Unfortunately Bradley Nowell did not live to see the great success of the the band following the third album. He died on May 25, 1996 from a heroin overdose. As Brad says in Pool Sharks:
"Now I've got the needle, and I can't shake but I can't breathe. I take it away but I want more and more. One day I'm gonna lose the war."
