GINNY (Love is Forever)

This novel has 54,000 words or 200 pages long.

For those of you who liked the movie Ghost, you will really love this novel.

(SYNOPSIS)

Dave thought his tortured past was behind him. The last couple of years had been peaceful for him and he loved his new wife dearly. That is until he went into town to meet his literary agent.

His agent told him he had sold another of Dave's novels and the publisher wanted everything he put to paper. After a business lunch, Dave said goodbye to his agent and wandered down to a news-stand to pick up a magizine.

At the newsstand he overheard a man who drove a limousine tell the owner of the stand that his boss was hearing the voice of a woman named Ginny in his mind. Suddenly, the repressed memories rushed forth. Ginny was the name of a woman Dave had been in love with, long ago.

Before leaving town, Dave learns the name of the man who was hearing the voice in his head. Dave inquires about the man at the library where he gets most of his research material.

Lisa, the librarian, seemed to know a lot about this man. Ryan Walton was a millionaire businessman. Dave wondered about the connection between them.

Dave became depressed at the memories which flooded back.

Maggie, Dave's wife, noticed the difference in Dave when he got home. Dave finally broke down and told Maggie about Ginny and how she had died. All these years Dave had blamed himself for Ginny's death. Dave's main reason for not telling Maggie was that she and Ginny looked almost identical. He thought that Maggie would think she was a surrogate for a dead woman.

Little did Dave know that at the moment of her passing, Death granted Ginny her wish to tell Dave that she loved him one more time. Ginny's love for Dave was so immense, that she didn't realize the implications of the pact she had made with Death. Before she could carry out her last wish, Dave moved from West Virginia to Oregon.

Death waited and bided his time until one day Ryan visited the area where Ginny's spirit was located. At once, Death saw a way of uniting Ginny and her loved one. He used Ryan's vehicle to get Ginny there. Death had taken all memory of Dave from Ginny. All she knew was that when her loved one came near, she would know him.

Calling to Ryan from beyond the grave, Ginny enlisted his aid in finding her loved one. Ginny was trapped to the confines of Ryan's limousine. Ginny had to depend on Ryan to get her near her loved one.

Death had tormented Ginny over the years, playing his insidious games. Now he wanted Ginny's wish to be fulfilled. Not only would he get Ginny's soul, but by the bargain she had made Death would also take Dave's life and soul.

Maggie, Dave's wife, worked at the univesity in the paranormal department. She realized that something drastic was wrong when Dave went into a coma and wouldn't wake. Piecing together what she knew and what she had learned over the years, Maggie came to the conclusion that Death wanted Dave. Maggie knew that if Death brought Dave and Ginny close to each other, she would lose her husband.

Maggie's first job was to get Dave to a place where he would be safe. Then she must devise a way of keeping Ginny and Dave separated forever. Enlisting the aid of her boss, they set out to stop Ryan from bringing the limousine near where Dave is.

Playing his insidious game, Death told Ginny that Maggie was abusing and hurting her loved one. Now, not only does Ginny want to find her loved one, she also wants to punish Maggie.

Ryan, caught in the middle, must decide what to do. Ryan has felt Ginny's terrible pain and suffering. Upon his shoulders rests the decision that few humans have ever had to make.

THE CHOSEN ONE (Book One of the Earth Cleansing Series)

For those of you who like Stephen King and Dean Koontz this is a series just for you. Book one is 105,000 words or 400 pages. SYNOPSIS

Eons ago the mass of energy.settled around the barren desolate rock drifting in space. Slowly it gathered stray dust and particles of drifting matter. Over the passing millennium life formed on the surface of the planet. The entity that was the mass of energy ignored the tiny life forms that scattered across its surface. To it the life developing on its surface meant less than nothing. After all, it had much greater things to ponder

Once every fifty million years the mass of energy would check on the progress of the life forms on the outside of its surface. Time meant little to it since it had always been in existance.

It noted the ice ages and the time of dinosaurs. Only when beings that walked upright on their hindlegs appeared did it pay particular attention to what was happening on its surface. Even then it took millions of years to fully draw its attention from the nether regions of space.

It would have taken millions more years, if not for the fact that these curious beings discovered nuclear power. The powerful explosions they caused just under the surface irritated her. On closer inspection the entity was appalled to find that within a very short time the actions of these creatures would cause the cessation of all life on its surface.

The nuclear explosion caused a minute part of its mass to mutate. This along with what the creatures had developed through their manipulating the structure of matter created a mind altering virus.

After evaluating the situation, the entity decided these creatures deserved to continue their existance. It could just as easily have expunged all life from its surface and started over. Intrigued by this new life form, it decided to give them the chance to survive. The entity rather liked the name the creatures gave her. MOTHER EARTH had a nice ring to it.

She would help up to a point, but the creatures themselves would have to determine whether they survived or perished.

In the first book a group of characters overcome great odds to unite with each other.

A terrible virus brings the world to its knees. Humanity is drifting backwards into chaos. A handful of people hold the key to humanities survival.

This is their story. Vastly outnumbered they come together; neither knowing their purpose or what they are to do. All they do know is that a higher power is leading them toward something.

A powerful Nuclear explosion had caused a minute part of herself to mutate. This mutation occured near a lab where the creatures were experimenting with Gene-Splicing. The mutation and one particular vicious virus combined in book one to form a virus that would destroy all life on the planet.

Over seventy percent of the humans on her surface were dead or dying. The small group of humans she had decided to help were having troubles getting to the secret lab in Colorado. Once they reach the lab the process of stopping the virus can begin.

Every time the people chasing her chosen group thought they had them, she would step in and provide them with a means of excape.

Much as the entity Mother wanted to deny it, the mutated virus was winning the battle. She decided to give her chosen humans more power than they already had.

Before Mother could eradicate the part of her that mutated, it countered by changing another group of people who had only one purpose, that was to hunt down and kill the group of people that mother supported.

Mother had done all she could, now it was up to her group of humans to make it to the lab. If they didn't she would have to cleanse her surface of all life.

Book Two deals with this group of people. Numbering just seven, they have to avoid the thousands of deranged people who are trying to kill them.

After hiding in a secluded valley for three months, they are discovered. Forced to fight their way out, they find themselves hunted again.

Along the way, certain members of the group discover they have new powers. The force against them has time and numbers on their side. Slowly the circle is closing on Mothers group, until a new eliment comes along.

The mutant part of Mother wants Mother's group of humans for herself. Its single-minded purpose is to kill the leader of the group, who is an American Indian named Joe. Without this man, the group can't stop what is going to happen. It hadn't figgured on one of the group knowing what it was. Somehow it had to get rid of this member without causing suspicion.

Mother prepared herself to cleanse her surface of all life if it became necessary. Things didn't look good for her forces and she didn't see how they could possably win.

All Mother could do was watch and wait.

LOVE REMEMBED (SYNOPSIS)

In the early twenty-first century a curious young man wonders why such a powerful country like the United States had collapsed. In the world he lived in barter had replaced money.

Having read all the limited information he could find on the cause of the collapse, he still couldn't answer why. Then he heard about an old man that lived in southern West Virginia, who was supposed to know the answer.

Gathering his few meager possessions, he takes to the overgrown roads to find this man. Along the way he rescues a young woman.

Stella is a head-strong young woman and riles at having to be rescued, especially by a young man not much more than a boy. Terry, being a serious person who never had much time for girls let alone women, didn't know how to take Stella.

While the two young people headed his way, Kenny Baker, the old man, was having his own problems. At eighty-six, he had seen about everything and done most of the things he wanted to do.

Now the southern coal fields were about to explode again. Most of Kentucky was already under the control of a ruthless man who indentured the people to farms. These farms supplied his people with food and allowed him to use the surplus to trade for other things. In order to keep up with the demand he had to keep expanding the territory he controlled. Now he was moving into West Virginia.

Kenny along with his older friend and neighbor meet and have a run in with an advance element of these people.

The few remaining people, all of which are farmers, fade back into the overgrown hills. Many times before they had faced such situations and found the best policy was to disappear until the men left. They knew that eventually the men would move on to other places.

This is the story of a young man who falls in love, but doesn't know how to interpet his feelings. Not wanting Stella to know how inexperienced he is, Terry, at first, shuns her advances. Little by little Stella discovers that Terry is really like a shy little boy. Slowly as they travel, Stella comes to realize that she is in love with this young man.

This is the story of new beginnings and old endings. The old man Kenny lives much of the time in the past when times were different. Having to accept the way things were now was hard for him. He yearned for the time when the world was a saner place.

Terry and Stella are making a new beginning for themselves. That is, if they can escape the pursuit of the men chasing them.

The old man can't escape the past and the young people can't escape the future, but together they can make life a lot easier for all of them.
