People want to see what a speaker looks like before contracting for his or her services. Most speakers use moribund, formal photos. That's why I have included this page of unretouched, informal photos of myself and key family members.

I am pictured at my desk, in my boat, and other places. You also find pictures of my daughter, Regina, my grandson Mikey, and my wife Jacinthe . She's the best wife I have ever had.

In one photo, I am pictured with Harvey Gantt, former Mayor of Charlotte, and 1992 and 1996 U.S. Senate candidate (two unsuccessful campaigns against Jesse Helms). I lost, too--running for School Board as an anti-busing, anti-spending conservative.

Harvey Gantt--a talented architect and super nice guy--is a local liberal icon, and I am a Libertarian. Political photos do mix strange bedfellows, but I included this photo to demonstrate that I can be politically correct periodically.

Finally, at the botton of the page, you will find pictures of me as a breath-taking baby, as a swashbuckling elementary school heartthrob, and a picture of me seated with my mother.
