a small, four page starter website costs about $ 1,000. You earn 20% of this sale. The
client pays half upon contract signing, half upon project completion. You
are paid entirely from the first of the two client payments--and just a few
days after we know that the client check has cleared. No waiting until any
scheduled "payday."
Most of your web clients will add more and more pages to their websites
as they experience success and stimulate their own cyber-creativity. So,
in addition to a one-call close, you can keep on selling more to the same
customer. Of course, when you sell more to an existing customer, you earn
the same 20% of the sale.
You can also sell our website updating and repair service, "The Digital
Doctors--An Internet Practice!!" Clients pay professional fees, and you
earn 20% of whatever is generated by you.
You can also sell other things for Alquist-owned businesses--public
speaking and business consulting. You would earn commissions
based upon the programs in effect. For example, Mr. Alquist's minimum
fee is $ 3,000 for a public speech. A commission of 30% would be added to this,
a total sale of $ 3,900. Of this, the $ 900 is yours.
Would I Be Self-Employed?
Yes, thank God, yes!!! Self-employment is the best escape route from
slavery (aka "employment") known to humanity. There are numerous benefits
to self-employment, in addition to freedom, creativity, and improved
physical and mental health.
You enjoy major income tax benefits, cutting your tax liability roughly
in half. And the growing trend back to self-employment is simply a return
to historical normalcy.
Before the Industrial Revolution (from 1870 to 1970 in the United States,
