Become a hot air balloon pilot with our fast efficient training programs. We are one of New Mexico's largest, most experienced and respected training facilities.
Here in beautiful New Mexico we have pilot training all year round. Our private 10 hour course is $2,100.00 using one of our balloons, or $1,800.00 using your balloon. This course can
usually be completed within two weeks. Our 10 hour commercial course is $2,400.00 using one of our balloons, or $2,100.00 in your balloon. These prices include intense flight and ground
instruction, books, study material, chase crew, and FREE ACCOMMODATIONS AT THE DAYS INN IN RIO RANCHO NM, 5 MINUTES FROM OUR TRAINING SITE. We will pick you up each day at the motel for all your training. Why not combine your vacation and flying lessons. We are minutes away from many of the historital sites and tourist attactions in New Mexico. Within minutes of many of the top resturants in Albuquerque and 5 minutes away from New Mexico's largest mall. But by no means is this a crash course or short cut to a license. It is an intense teaching method that developes a students
skills much more rapidly, because of the constant daily attention and the location of the training. There are two reasons we can complete our pilot training courses in such a short time. In all of our years of training hot air balloon pilots, we have a 100% success rate.
The first reason being the great New Mexico weather, and the second being the area that we teach in. It provides multiple landing sites (10 to 15 landings per flight) in wide open areas, but we also train you over congested city areas so you can learn to fly and land in all types of areas.
