I was born in AL-Refai ..Iraq in 1920.

I'm the mother of three.and the the Grand mother of 13 Grand son and grand daughter.

I'm probably the first Iraqi woman of that age to have my web site on the Internet. I believe that there is no particular age for knowledge and that all people of all ages and backgrounds should participate actively in this information Highway..I believe that there is a lack of older people on cyberspace..This home page will hopefully cover most of my life experiences..also....I will try to include pictures of the life styles of Iraqis during the early days of this century.

I've traveled to many places..UAE, France, USA, Canada, England, Saudi-Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman......Not bad for a Bibi...

by the way..Bibi means Grand-mother in Arabic with an Iraqi accent.

The background is black..because in our costumes an older woman should always wear Black cloths.
