I Dream

I dream of walks
along the beach
with someone
hand in hand

of nights
under the stars
someone holding me
as I hold them
lying arm in arm

but most of all
I dream
of finding someone
whom jointly
our deepest joys
our darkest fears
we do share
forever setting us free
